This Refund & Guarantee Policy explains the refund, cancellation, and guarantee terms that apply to purchases made through Milica Life.

Because our offerings include digital products, self-paced courses, live programs, and private coaching, refund terms vary by product type. Please read this Policy carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

1. Overview

  • The Toolkit and self-paced courses: 14-day money-back guarantee
  • The Diamond Code Immersion: 30-day conditional guarantee
  • Private Coaching (1:1): non-refundable, subject to rescheduling terms

2. The Toolkit and Self-Paced Online Courses

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible digital products and self-paced courses, counted from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, you must email info@milica.life within 14 days of purchase and include:

  • your full name
  • the email address used at checkout
  • your order number or receipt
  • the name of the product or course

If your request is submitted within the applicable period, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

If a product was purchased as part of a bundle, we may calculate the refund based on the standalone value of the refunded item or otherwise apply the bundle terms in a commercially reasonable way.

Digital content notice
Where digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, your statutory withdrawal rights may be limited or waived where applicable law allows and where you have requested immediate access and acknowledged that consequence.

However, where we expressly offer a 14-day guarantee for a product or course, that guarantee applies as described in this Policy.

3. The Diamond Code Immersion

The Diamond Code Immersion is offered with a 30-day guarantee subject to conditions.

We want participants to engage sincerely and fully with the program. If, after genuine participation, you conclude that the program is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within the guarantee window if you satisfy the conditions below.

To qualify for the 30-day guarantee, you must:

  • request your refund within 30 days of the official program start date
  • complete all required lessons through Module 2
  • complete and submit the relevant worksheets or assignments for the foundational modules
  • provide the completed work when requesting your refund

If those conditions are met and you request a refund within the applicable period, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Additional terms for the Immersion

  • any deposit paid counts toward the total program fee
  • where the guarantee conditions are met, the deposit is included in the refund
  • after the 30-day guarantee period expires, refunds are no longer available unless required by law
  • if you are on a payment plan, future installments remain due after the guarantee period unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing
  • if a refund is issued, your access to program materials, live calls, communities, and any members-only areas may be revoked

4. Private Coaching (1:1)

Private coaching purchases are non-refundable due to the personalized, time-based, and scheduled nature of the service.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without sufficient notice, the missed session may be forfeited.

If we need to reschedule a session on our side, we will work with you in good faith to offer a replacement session or another reasonable accommodation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@milica.life with the following information:

  • your full name
  • the email address used at checkout
  • your order number or proof of purchase
  • the product, course, or program name
  • for The Diamond Code Immersion, the completed steps and materials required under the guarantee

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your purchase and review your request.

6. Refund Processing Times

We aim to review refund requests within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the necessary information.

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • processing times after approval may vary depending on your bank, card network, or payment provider
  • posted funds may take additional business days to appear in your account

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment processors.

7. Additional Conditions

Access and license revocation

If a refund is issued, your access to the refunded product, course, program, or related materials may be terminated, and any license previously granted to you for that content may be revoked.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing problem, please contact us first at info@milica.life so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension or termination of access
  • cancellation of current or future purchases
  • submission of relevant records to payment processors or dispute channels

Nothing in this section limits your right to raise a legitimate payment dispute where allowed by law.

Promotional pricing
We do not generally apply temporary promotions, discounts, or special pricing retroactively to prior purchases.

Transfers and gifts
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, purchases, seats, passes, licenses, and access rights are personal and non-transferable.

Currency and fees
Exchange rate differences, bank fees, card fees, or payment processor charges outside our control are not reimbursed unless required by law.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Guarantee Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If your local law gives you rights that are broader than this Policy, those rights remain unaffected.
