We serve a global audience (US/UK/EU/CA and worldwide) and we want you to feel secure in your investment. This policy explains your options by product type and sets clear timelines and steps.

1) The Toolkit (downloads, audios, PDFs) & Self-Paced Online Courses

  • We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee from the purchase date.
  • Email info@milica.life within 14 days with your order number and we’ll refund you in full.
  • If purchased as part of a bundle, refunds are prorated to the standalone price of the returned item.

EU/UK digital content: By starting the download/streaming immediately you ordinarily waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. We nevertheless honor our 14-day guarantee above as a contractual benefit. If you prefer to keep the statutory right instead, do not access the content during those 14 days and contact us to cancel.

2) The Diamond Code Immersion™ — 30-Day “All-In” Guarantee

Your transformation is our priority. If you fully commit and don’t find immense value, we’ll refund you.

To qualify, please:

  • Request your refund within 30 days of the official program start date; and
  • Complete all lessons through Module 2; and
  • Submit the worksheets/assignments for the foundational modules of The Diamond Code Immersion™.

If these steps are completed and you honestly feel this journey isn’t for you, email info@milica.life within 30 days, attach your completed work, and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Any deposit paid counts toward the program fee and is refundable under this 30-day guarantee if the above criteria are met.
  • After day 30, refunds are not available. If you are on a payment plan, future installments remain due after day 30.
  • Upon a refund, we revoke access to program materials, live calls, communities, and any members-only areas.

3) Private Coaching (1:1)

  • Due to scheduling and the bespoke nature of the service, payments are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: Please provide 24 hours’ notice; missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

4) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@milica.life with the following information:

  • Full name and the email used at checkout
  • Order number / receipt
  • Product or program name
  • (For The Diamond Code Immersion™) your completed steps (Module 1–2 + worksheets)

We review requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banks/card networks may take 5–10 business days to post funds.

5) Additional Information (Worldwide)

  • Processing fees & currency: Exchange-rate differences, bank or processor fees are outside our control and are not reimbursed.
  • Chargebacks: Please contact us first. Filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in account termination and submission of documentation to the processor.
  • Price adjustments: We do not apply promotional pricing retroactively.
  • Access & license: When a refund is issued, your access and license to the related materials are revoked.
  • Gifts & transfers: Seats/passes are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly allowed.

6) Consumer Rights (US/UK/EU/CA)

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

  • EU/UK: For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is waived upon access; we nevertheless grant the 14-day guarantee above as a contractual benefit.
  • CA/US/other regions: Local consumer protections may apply; where they mandate broader rights, we will honor them.
