This Privacy Policy explains how Aural LLC (trading as Milica Life) (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit milica.life (the “Site”) or purchase, access, or use our products and services (digital downloads “The Toolkit”, self-paced online courses, The Diamond Code Immersion, and private coaching) (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Spam/abuse prevention: Google reCAPTCHA (form protection).
  • Website operations: WordPress and essential plugins required to deliver features, including Download Monitor for secure delivery and access control of digital downloads.
  • Hosting & infrastructure: our hosting provider/CDN and, where used, cloud storage (e.g., Amazon S3) for protected downloads.
  • Professional advisors & legal authorities: where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

These partners act as processors (or independent controllers where their policies apply). We require processors to protect data and use it only as instructed.

7. Marketing Communications

We send marketing emails where permitted by law or with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting info@milica.life. Transactional/service emails (e.g., receipts, access instructions) are not marketing.

8. International Data Transfers

We process data in the United States. For transfers from the EEA/UK to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s and UK ICO’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with supplementary measures where necessary. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with our processors are in place and are available upon request.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate/legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it. Typical retention:

  • Account/course data: while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  • Order & billing records: up to 7–10 years (tax/compliance).
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent (we keep limited suppression data to honor your choice).

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; request data portability; and appeal a rights decision.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents also have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If any analytics/ads cookies are deemed “sharing,” we honor opt-out via our cookie controls and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
