1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing milica.life (the “Site”) and any products, courses, programs, or services offered by Aural LLC (trading as Milica Life) (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

3. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

We provide educational content and experiences: digital downloads (“The Toolkit”), self-paced online courses, the premium group program (The Diamond Code Immersion), and private 1:1 coaching. Content is for educational and self-development purposes only and is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. See our Disclaimer.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change any time before purchase. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe); by purchasing, you also agree to their terms and policies.

5. Delivery & Access

Digital products are delivered immediately via download or secure link.
Courses are delivered through your user account (progress tracking may apply).
Immersion and Private Coaching include scheduled live components; details are provided upon enrollment.

Access may be revoked if payments are reversed, disputed, or these Terms are breached.

6. License to Use Content

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your own use. You may not share, resell, distribute, post, or make our content available to third parties, nor remove proprietary notices or trademarks (including The Diamond Code™ and related marks).

7. Community Guidelines (Immersion & any group spaces)

By participating, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of other participants’ shares.
  • Communicate with respect, kindness, and compassion.
  • Refrain from hate speech, harassment, or unsolicited marketing.

We may remove participants for violations; refunds apply only as per our Refund Policy.

8. User Comments (Blog/Community)

You warrant that any comments or content you submit will not infringe intellectual property or applicable law, nor contain defamatory, abusive, or promotional spam content. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

9. Refund Policy (Summary)

Key points:
  • The Toolkit (downloads) & Self-Paced Online Courses: 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee from purchase. Email info@milica.life within 14 days for a full refund.
  • The Diamond Code Immersion (group program): 30-day “All-In” guarantee. Immerse fully for 30 days; if it’s not a fit, email us within 30 days and show your completed work for Modules 1–2 (worksheets/assignments) for a full refund. Seats are limited; after day 30, standard terms apply and deposits may be non-refundable.
  • Private Coaching (1:1): Non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24h notice.
  • EU/UK digital content: Starting a download/stream of immediately delivered digital content may waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Our 14-day guarantee for Toolkit/Courses still applies as stated above.

10. Payment Issues & Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, contact info@milica.life prior to initiating a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension; we may provide documentation to the processor to contest disputes.

11. Testimonials & Results

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your commitment and circumstances.

12. Intellectual Property

All Site and Service content is owned by or licensed to Aural LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or derivative use is prohibited.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, LMS, communications tools). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

15. Affiliate Program

We offer an affiliate program for certain products. Affiliates must promote ethically and transparently; spam and misleading claims are prohibited. We may terminate an affiliate account for violations. Commission rates and payment terms are defined in the separate Affiliate Agreement; if there is any conflict, the Affiliate Agreement prevails.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services. You remain responsible for any amounts due up to termination.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aural LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Services.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Plain-English Summary (for clarity)

We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly via email first at info@milica.life. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, most disputes will be handled by binding arbitration online (video) under Wyoming lawnot in court, with an exception for small-claims court. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing us. EU/UK consumers keep any mandatory consumer rights that apply in their country.

Legal Clause
  • 18.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
  • 18.2 Informal Resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to email info@milica.life and allow 30 days to resolve the matter informally.
  • 18.3 Binding Arbitration (Remote). Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted remotely (e.g., video conference) by a reputable provider (e.g., JAMS or AAA) under its applicable rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator may award individual relief as permitted by law.
  • 18.4 No Class Actions. You and we agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.
  • 18.5 Small-Claims Exception. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. Filing in small-claims court does not waive arbitration for other claims.
  • 18.6 Fees and Venue. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise under applicable law. For administrative purposes, the legal venue is Wyoming, but the hearing will be conducted remotely unless both parties agree otherwise.
  • 18.7 Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending an email to info@milica.life with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your full name and the email used at purchase within 30 days of your first purchase. Your opt-out will apply to future disputes only.
  • 18.8 EU/UK Consumers. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. If mandatory law grants you the right to bring claims in your local courts, that right remains unaffected.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
